Ordered a Girnaar air purifier, handheld shower or softener cartridge and want to know where it is? Here is how to follow your order from our hub to your door — and what to do if tracking goes quiet.

How you get your tracking

Tracking begins the moment your parcel leaves our hub, not when you place the order. While it is being packed there is nothing to track yet — that is normal. We typically dispatch in-stock orders within [1–2 working days] of payment confirmation.

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, we send your tracking link and reference number by email, SMS and WhatsApp — using the contact details you gave at checkout, so check all three. To follow your parcel, just click the courier link in that message: it opens the courier’s own page, where every scan — from our hub to out-for-delivery — shows up in order. Couriers often call before they arrive, so keep your phone reachable.

How long should it take?

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the distance and how well-connected your pincode is — usually a few working days for metros and a little longer for remote areas. If tracking has not moved for 48 hours

Short pauses between transit hubs are routine and usually clear on their own. But if your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, or the parcel looks genuinely stuck, do not wait it out alone. WhatsApp with your order ID and we will chase the courier and keep you posted until it is moving again. You can also reach us through the contact page.

Cash on Delivery orders

COD orders track exactly like prepaid ones — same email, SMS and WhatsApp link, same live scans. Just have your COD amount ready in cash and keep your phone reachable, as the courier usually calls before delivery. If a COD parcel is returned after failed attempts, message us with your order ID and we will help arrange a re-delivery. For returns or replacements, see returns and refunds.
