Products & what they do

What does an air purifier actually do?

It pulls the air in your room through a series of filters and pushes cleaner air back out. A pre-filter catches large dust and pet hair. A HEPA H13 layer captures 99.95% of particles at 0.3 microns — smoke, PM2.5, pollen, construction dust. An activated carbon layer handles odours and gases. The result is cleaner air in the room it stands in. It does not fix outdoor air and is not a medical device.

What does a shower filter do — and what doesn’t it do?

A Girnaar shower filter is a multi-stage cartridge designed to reduce the harshness hard water leaves on hair and skin — the tight, filmy feeling after a borewell bath. What it does not do: it does not eliminate hardness, does not soften your whole home’s water, and is not a substitute for a whole-house water softener. Gentler water at the shower, not soft water everywhere.

Which air purifier should I choose — Breeze or Summit?

Breeze for a bedroom or study, Summit for an open living-dining hall. The Breeze is right-sized for a closed room of roughly 144–200 sq ft and runs quiet enough to sleep beside. Do air purifiers help with asthma or allergies?

Reducing indoor particles and allergens may help, and many people report breathing more comfortably in a cleaner room. But an air purifier is not a medical device and cannot treat any condition. Use it as a comfort aid alongside your doctor’s advice, not a replacement for it.

Can a shower filter stop hair fall?

We will not claim that. Hard water can leave hair rough and brittle, and a filter may reduce breakage linked to that harshness — many people report hair that tangles and snaps less. But hair fall has many causes, and the Cascade is not a medical treatment. If hair fall is significant or sudden, please see a doctor or dermatologist.

How do I know how hard my water is?

Take the Hard Water Score — five everyday symptoms, a reading in under a minute. For a precise figure, pick up an inexpensive test kit from any aquarium or RO-service shop, or ask a local lab for total hardness as calcium carbonate. A TDS meter is not the same as hardness — hardness is the number that matters for bathing.

How often do I need to replace the air purifier filter?

Plan on every 6–9 months as a guide, but it depends on your air. A flat facing a construction site in peak Delhi winter loads a filter far faster than a clean-air month. How often do I replace the shower filter cartridge?

Every 3–6 months as a guide, with harder water and heavier use shortening the cycle. The honest signal is your own hair and skin — when the softer-water feeling fades back to how it was before the filter, the cartridge is spent. Our cartridge replacement guide covers the signs and the swap.

Will the shower filter reduce my water pressure?

There can be a small effect as water passes through the cartridge, especially as it nears end of life. In most homes with normal pressure the difference is modest. If your supply pressure is already very low, that is worth factoring in before you buy.

Is installation difficult — do I need a plumber?

No plumber needed for either product. Air purifiers are ready to use out of the box — unwrap the filter, slot it in, plug in, switch on. Shower filters screw onto a standard ½-inch BSP hose with hand-tightened fittings and the included washer; most people are set up in a few minutes.

Ordering & payments

How do I place an order?

Browse the product pages, add what you want to the cart, and check out. You will see the total — including GST and any shipping charge — before you confirm. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, on many pincodes — but not all. Enter your pincode at checkout and COD will appear as a payment option if it is available for your address. A small handling fee may apply for COD and is shown clearly before you confirm. UPI is faster to dispatch and avoids the fee.

Do you charge GST? Will I get an invoice?

Yes and yes. All prices are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate, and a valid GST invoice is included with every shipment and emailed to you. If you need the invoice raised against a business GSTIN, add those details at checkout or write to us before dispatch.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, if you are quick. Write to us with your order ID before it is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once picked up by the courier it cannot be cancelled in transit — at that point you can refuse delivery or use the returns process after it arrives.

Is it safe to pay online on your site?

Yes. Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways — we do not store your full card details on our servers. UPI payments go directly through your UPI app.

Delivery & tracking

Where do you deliver?

Pan-India. Metros, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most smaller towns, subject to courier serviceability for your pincode. Enter your PIN at checkout to confirm and see the delivery estimate. We ship within India only.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within [1–2 working days] of payment. After dispatch, roughly 2–4 working days for metros and 4–7 for the rest of India, with remote areas taking a little longer. The estimate at checkout for your pincode is the one to trust.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched we send a tracking link and reference number by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Follow every scan on our Track Order page. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, message us with your order ID and we will chase the courier.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product immediately, record a short unboxing video if you can, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID. Once verified we send a replacement on priority — or a full refund — at no return-shipping cost.

What happens during peak seasons — festivals, monsoon?

During major festivals and heavy monsoon, courier networks slow down across India and parcels can take longer. We would rather tell you that honestly upfront. Our commitment: if a delay is likely, we tell you early.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

What is your return window?

You can request a return within [7 days] of delivery for a change of mind, provided the product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories, and accompanied by your order ID. Full conditions are on the Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return an opened filter cartridge?

No. Opened or used filter cartridges — shower filter cartridges and air purifier filter sets — are non-returnable once the sealed wrap is broken, for hygiene reasons. A cartridge that arrives faulty out of the box is different and we will replace it. A sealed spare you never opened can come back within the return window.

How long does a refund take?

Once a return is inspected and approved (usually within 2–3 working days of reaching us), refunds go back to your original payment method — typically 5–7 working days for UPI, card and netbanking. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.

Can I exchange for a different product instead of a refund?

Yes. Start the process the same way — message us with your order ID and tell us what you’d like instead. If the replacement costs more we send a payment link; if less we refund the balance. Exchanges depend on stock, so we confirm availability first.

Warranty & support

What does the warranty cover?

A 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — electronics, motor, fan assembly, build and fittings that arrive faulty or fail prematurely under normal use. Full terms on the Warranty & Support page.

Are filters and cartridges covered by warranty?

No — they are consumables designed to be used up and replaced. A spent filter is not a defect. A filter that arrives faulty out of the box is different: report it and we will replace it. We keep spares stocked and easy to reorder with no lock-in.

How do I raise a warranty claim?

WhatsApp is fastest. Send your order ID and a short video of the problem. We triage within 48 hours during support hours, confirm whether it is a warranty case, and tell you the next step. You can also email us — full details on the Warranty & Support page.

What are your support hours and how do I reach you?

Will you always have spare filters and cartridges available?

Yes — that is a commitment, not just a line. We keep HEPA and carbon filter sets for both Breeze and Summit, and softener cartridges for the Cascade, in stock. An appliance you cannot re-filter becomes landfill, and we are not building those.
